Apple Mustard Relish


i suspect this recipe needs tweaking, if anyone who knows more about relish-making than me wants to have a go? it seemed not quite ready to me...

anyway, here's my conversion of this recipe


APPLE MUSTARD RELISH

1 onion, cut into quarters
chop onion 5-10 seconds speed 4, stopping once to scrape down

5g oil
5g yellow mustard seeds
cook for 2.30 mins/secs 100' speed soft

2 granny smith apples, peeled, cored, cut into quarters then halved
chop for 5 seconds speed 6

60g water
cook for 10 minutes 70' speed 1 reverse

15g apple cider vinegar
25g brown sugar
pinch salt
grinding of black pepper
add and cook for 3 minutes 70' speed 1 reverse

sterilise jar.
pour into hot jar and seal while still hot.
