butter is soooo easy to make in the thermomix - barbara from winos and foodies has just posted to share how easy

simple is good :)

a friend of mine (and karen's) also has a thermomix. she has just shared a recipe on her blog and i thought i'd share it here - even though it's so simple i hadn't thought of it myself! (and we go through a LOT of peanut butter! lol)
