I live in Canberra with my dh Geoff and 3 young children (5, nearly 4 and 2). We bought our TMX late last year when i hosted a demo here and despite having no plans to buy anytime soon, Geoff & I were so impressed that we bought it there and then!
we use it virtually every day and often multiple times in a day. Geoff mostly uses it to cook in, whereas I experiment with converting recipes to use in the thermomix, and use it a lot for prep work.
I love it because I can make our food easily and quickly, without the preservatives and additives that bought versions have. plus it makes the best porridge in the world LOL
