We just got home to find that Geoff had made us Chicken Burgers for lunch - YUM! he used the Herbal Chicken Hors-D'Oeuvres recipe from the "Everyday Cooking... for Every Family" book to make the mix, he said it was very easy to make :)
As you can see we had them on fresh sliced bread with salad and I had sweet chilli jam and mayo on mine. VERY good (and I'm not generally a fan of any sort of bought chicken mince.)
